- Invited to promote Ontario Food and Wine at the James Beard Foundation in New York (2011)
- First Grand Prize Winner in the Lindt Chocolate Competition (1999)
- Competed with Team Ontario in the Ottawa/Hull Hot & Cold Culinary Competition (1998) winning two Silver Medals and a Bronze Medal.
- Winner of The Canadian Federation of Chefs & Cooks (CFCC) Ottawa Branch Ambassador Award
- Team Ontario member taking home a Bronze Medal at the Culinary Olympics in Berlin (1996)
- Two Gold Medals and one Silver Medal in the Ottawa/Hull culinary competition (1996)
- Gold Medal Winner with the Canadian Team at the World Banqueting Competition in Ireland (1995)
- “Taste of Chocolate” First Prize for the creation of Chocolate Ivory Mousse & Pastiage Lion King showpiece (1995)

- Won the Gold Medal for Ottawa/Hull Team Table at the Ottawa/Hull Culinary Show (1992)

- Won two Silver Medals at a Winnipeg competition for chocolate work, including a chocolate truffle showpiece and a chocolate showpiece. (1991)
- Won a Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medal at the Montreal Culinary Show for chocolate, petite fours and pastiage creations. (1991)
- Won a Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medal and a Trophy at the Ottawa/Hull Culinary Show for chocolate work. (1990)
