This section includes a recipe list of Baking Basics. As you perfect each recipe, you can build upon it.

For example, our cakes start with a simple Genoise sponge in either vanilla or chocolate. Next, it’s brushed with a simple syrup, filled with a wide variety of fillings, and masked in icing, whipped cream, meringue, or even chocolate ganache.
