Your cake starts with a European Genoise sponge cake base or either vanilla or chocolate, with a simple syrup to flavour it.
We use delicious, in-house made buttercream icing, made in a North American style using butter, icing sugar and a simple syrup for just the right amount of sweet.

- Layers of vanilla sponge
- Brushed with a simple syrup or rum syrup
- Vanilla AND chocolate pastry cream in-between the layers
